Seal And Coat began as a concept in the late 90's and finally became an incorporated business in 2005. Seal And Coat, LLC was founded as a Connecticut-based Limited Liability Company (LLC).

Company founder and President/CEO Robert A. Pabich, then 23, discovered a lack of quality pavement maintenance professionals in his area. Often times he witnessed driveways deteriorating and having to be replaced, at great cost to the home owners. At the same time, he also got hired for several side jobs and favors for friends, neighbors and associates involving residential sealcoating of driveways. He also made note that most of the professional companies that did exist in the area, didn't seem to provide the neat, premium quality results that should be expected from a professional pavement maintenance and sealcoating company.

He also noticed the products typically available for residential markets were extremely poor quality and just didn't seem to last. Since his companies formation, Mr. Pabich has been dedicated to using only the best ultra-premium products on all his customers driveways, parking lots and pavement surfaces.

After doing research, requesting catalogs and promotional materials from companies, and learning specific techniques and repair methods, he purchased the required tools and a equipment, placed advertisements, and grew the company to its current stage.

In 2007 Seal And Coat,LLC was acquired and placed under the umbrella of RP Venture Corporation ( web: www.rpventure.com ) RP Venture Corporation is company founded by Seal And Coat President/CEO Robert A. Pabich. RP Venture Corporation was started as a parent, holdings, investor relations, capital pool and venture company dedicated to starting new corporate owned businesses and assisting third party entrepreneurs in starting or expanding their business(es).

In 2008 Seal And Coat officially launched our Franchise Division dedicated on expanding our company and brand name across the U.S. market and internationally.
